Looking beyond the crash report
A police report records the collision, statements, citations, and visible damage, but it doesn't always capture everything that happened, or why. You're not expected to arrive at the first conversation with a finished case file.
Depending on your accident, we may look for:

Some evidence can be overwritten, misplaced, or become harder to locate the longer you wait. That's why an early review matters, even when the full picture isn't clear yet.
What if I was partly at fault?
Georgia follows a "50% bar rule": if you were less than half at fault, you can still recover compensation, reduced by your share of fault. If you were 50% or more at fault, you can't recover.
